JAMMU, Apr 30: State President BJP SC Morcha and MLA Samba Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal today inaugurated T. S. C unit (bathing ghat) near Radha Krishan Temple at village Babli Pyt.  Khara Madana Block Purmandal.
The unit is constructed at the estimated cost  of Rs  1.80 lakh by Department of Rural Development. People from Village Babli, Sumbli and adjoining areas joined Dr.  Manyal on the occasion.
Later Dr.  Manyal conducted a public meeting at Village Babli where he interacted with huge gathering of people who had come from  adjoining areas.
During this the residents of village Babli put demand like upgrading of transformer  63 kv to 100 kv.
They also requested for the construction of Deep Drill Tube well at village Babli n Sumbli.
People from Babli raised a demand of one Committee Hall and also a boundary wall at Govt.  Middle School Sumbli. People from adjoining areas requested for repair of PHE Pipes and some road connectivity.
After listening the grievances of residents MLA said that these villages were neglected by the Previous Government but only BJP party  intends to visit these area  to develop them. He also announced 3 handpumps for the village to redress problem of water shortage
He added the construction of road from Khara to Sumbli around 2 km will be  started very soon.   He also assured people for the upgrading of transformer and one new tube well. Under CDF new pipes will b installed in the village.
Manyal also visited village Hingna where people put demands for construction of well. Dr. Manyal on spot directed JE RDD for the estimation of the work. Later MLA visited Khara to inspect the ongoing development works in the area.
The others who were on the occasion present were JE RDD Sanjay,  Narinder, Anil sharma, Ganga Ram, Som Nath,  Retd.  Director Bihari Lal,  Balwan Singh,  Shah Modh.  Ranjeet, BJP party workers and locals.
