NEW DELHI: Veteran film actor-director Manoj Kumar will be conferred the prestigious 47th Dadasaheb Phalke Award for 2015, an official announcement here today said. The award is conferred by the Union Government for his outstanding contribution to the growth and development of Indian cinema. The Dadasaheb Phalke award consists of a Swarn Kamal (Golden Lotus), a cash prize of Rs 10 lakh and a shawl. (AGENCIES)
