Jammu, Mar 18: NPP MLA from Udhampur Balwant Singh Mankotia today raised the issue of felling of trees in Bhaderwah area of Doda district in the Legislative Assembly.
Raising the issue, Mr Mankotia said the felling of green trees was going on in Bhaderwah and some other areas.
Displaying the copy of Daily Excelsior that carried photographs of fallen trees in Bhaderwah, Mr Mankotia demanded that action should be taken against those responsible for felling green trees.
