JAMMU, Oct 16: Jhajjar Kotli Police arrested a man, who was wanted in attempt to murder case.
As per police sources, on October 13 this year, a man identified as Sultan Mohammad, son of Reham Din of Selli Tehsil Dansal assaulted a lady namely Naziran Bibi, wife of Abdul Ghani of Selli Tehsil Dansal and later fled away from the spot.
On this, a case under FIR Number 168/2021 under Sections 307, 341 and 323 IPC was registered at Police Station Jhajjar Kotli and hunt was launched to nab the assailant.
On specific information, a team from Police Station Jhajjar Kotli led by SHO Inspector Devider Singh and assisted by PSI Sharaz Ahmed conducted raid and apprehended the accused.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
