Life is always an uphill journey . E very human being wants to grow day by day & that too as early as possible irrespective of the consequences . An individual wants to change his surroundings in an overnight without bringing change in himself It is true that change is required always but until and unless we transform our inner self we cannot expect transformation in the surroundings .
It is important to undersand how to bring out a deep rooted change so that the old habits do not reassert itself . You may suppress your negative traits ,modify them by the practice of good association or meditation : but until you get all the roots of negativity cut such change cannot be brought .
A person who is overpowered by his” EGO” ,greed., cruelty ,avoids his inner voice cannot experience all the forms of JOY & ABUNDANCE in life .
EGO’ is the only requirement to destroy any relationship
So be BIGGER person skip the “E” and let it ” GO ”
When you have turned away from your anger , greed for a short time , you have merely changed. In the process of eliminating the roots of your negative traits, you continue to discover increasing expansion of your inner SELF . , your life becomes a song of success , it flows with happiness joy forever .
In the present world ,we are evaluated from a materialistic point of view . For a common person social, moral & religious values are totally disintegrated .Knowledge and power is used to satisfy selfish interests
Our aim of life should be a man of values rather than a man of success .This was once told to King Akbar by his advisor BIRBAL……………… .
Once, both King Akbar and Birbal went for hunting in the woods . On the way, they were discussing the problems of their kingdom. King Akbar used to rely upon his advisor ,BIRBAL, almost in every aspect, hence he never disgraced his words. Walking hours together, KING AKBAR hardly found anything to hunt , he felt thirsty & asked BIRBAL to find water to drink and to stop somewhere .Nearby, there was a pond. They stopped and as King Akbar got off from his horse one of his fingers got cut . Birbal laughed and said.” Whatever God does , it is always for good .”
On seeing him laughing , King Akbar got angry & forbade him to enter his court ever .But Birbal didn’t take it seriously & stood there silently .They both had water & went ahead to hunt.They went on & on but all in vain.
After walking hours together they heard loud noises and behind from the bushes they saw some tribal men approaching them.AKBAR asked BIRBAL to hide themselves behind the bushes.AKBAR being the king denied to hid himself but BIRBAL hid himself behind the bushes and kept watching the whole thing from there .The tribal men found AKBAR as their hunt to satisfy their GODESS . They took AKBAR with them and were satisfied that now there godess would be satisfied and with that there tribe would be safe their after. The whole episode was watched by BIRBAL , he was sad for his king but helpless to do anything. After sometime the king came back without being get harmed. BIRBAL was astonished to see his king safe, he asked the king the reason behind .The king told that as you said , “what God does is good for us. As I got hurt they set me free and I was safe “Birbal I’m very thankful to you” and the king apologized for his harsh words.
Through this story, I want to convey that if we are angry we hardly care for our words .We feel that what ever we are doing is good but we forget that an impressive personality iis not in being the strongest but it is in being honest to our own self. Here KING AKBAR was the man of success whereas BIRBAL was the man of values .
In today’s world we evaluate materialistic things rather than moral ones.We want to work under a Canopy where our lust or greed for things is satisfied . Our aim of life is to be to man of values in addition of being a man of Success. Despite all the advancement in science and technology ,the world is still a place of misery ignorance and poverty and due to that many of us indulge in mal-practices, hypocracy and artificiality. Hence this world has become a place filled with gloom misery .Inculcation of values in human beings..is very essential for finding the solutions for the above mentioned obstacles. It is observed and felt that the spread of desirable values is the need of this hour .Hence the combination of strengthening and deepening of the sense of social responsibility and a keen appreciation of moral values is still a question to think over …….. .
