JAMMMU, June 27: Rakesh Kumar, son of Dhuni Chand Nath, a resident of Billawar has been reportedly missing since June 24.
He is having wheatish complexion with 5 feet 2 inch height. He was wearing cream colour shirt and trouser, when last seen.
