DODA, Nov 21: A man was mauled by a bear in Chatran village of Udyanpur, causing grievous injuries to the person.
As per police sources, a man identified as Ranjeet Kumar, son of Kashmir Singh of village Chatran village of Udyanpur Doda was seriously injured when a bear attacked him near his house.
After hearing the cries, the people rushed to the spot and shifted the profusely bleeding victim to hospital, from where he was later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for advanced treatment.
