Rajouri, July 24: A middle aged person hailing from Lamberi in Rajouri district made suicide attempt on his life at his residence today.
A police spokesman said that 45-year-old Ashok Kumar, son of Prem Dass, resident of Lamberi in Nowshera became serious after he allegedly consumed some poisonous stuff at his residence today. He was rushed to Nowshera hospital by the family members. The doctors provided preliminary treatment there and then referred him to GMC, Rajouri. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
