JAMMU, Aug 21: A man was killed today in a road accident at Nagrota in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a motorcyclist namely Gaja Singh son of Jagat Singh, resident of Samole Chariye (Udhampur) was seriously injured after being hit by a bus at Nagrota.
He was immediately rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where he was declared as brought dead by the doctors. The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for post mortem.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
