Srinagar July 31: A man was killed in a cloud burst that led to flash floods in twin districts of Budgam and Pulwama this evening.
Police said that one Mohammad Ashan Chopan of Chag was killed in a cloud burst at Dudpathri in Central Kashmir district of Budgam.
There were flash floods in adjacent area including Romshi Nallah of Pulwama district due to the cloud burst. Reports said that announcements were being made from the Masjids in Pulwama asking people living along the banks of Romshi nalla to be vigilant.
The cloud burst are frequent for past one month in Kashmir especially hills leading to death of at least 13 people so far.
