JAMMU, Sept 27: A man was killed in an accident in Rajpura area here.
As per police sources, a man identified as Gopal Chand, son of Lal Chand of Rajpura was seriously injured after an unknown vehicle hit his motorcycle near Rajpura here.
The profusely bleeding motorcyclist was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where doctors pronounced him as brought dead.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of GMCH for autopsy.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Kanachack and investigation started.
