RAMBAN, Aug 25: A man received injuries after being hit by a shooting stone here today.
As per police sources, a truck bearing registration number PB08CH-5701 driven by Ashok Kumar, son of Surrinder Paul of Gurdaspur Punjab was on its way from Punjab towards Kashmir when a shooting stone hit the vehicle near Anookhi fall, causing injuries to one person travelling in the vehicle.
The injured identified as Mohammad Arif was shifted to District Hospital Ramban, where his condition was stated to be stable, when reports last came in.
Cognizance has been taken by Ramban police in this regard.
