JAMMU, Nov 30: An unknown person has been booked for impersonating as Tasaduq Mufti, Coordinator, CM Grievances Cell and brother of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, by Pacca Danga police.
As per police sources, Director of National Health Mission (NHM) Dr Mohan Singh informed the CM Grievances Cell that an unknown person called him and told his identity as Tasaduq Mufti, Coordinator of the Cell. The person was asking for undue favour, Dr Singh told the cell.
On verification, it came to fore that an unknown person by impersonating as Tasaduq Mufti had called the Government officer and was asking for undue favour.
After this, a complaint has been lodged by CM Grievances Cell with Police Station Pacca Danga stating that an unknown person by impersonating as Tasaduq Mufti, Coordinator of the CM Grievances Cell made a call to a officer in a Government Department for undue favour.
Acting over the complaint, a case under Section 419 RPC has been registered at Pacca Danga Police Station and investigation started to ascertain the identity of the unknown person.
