REASI, Nov 19: A man has been arrested along with large quantity illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Katra Police Station apprehended a person along with 63 bottles of illicit liquor.
The arrested person has been identified as Roshan Singh, son of Nika Ram of Village Pardhal, Matyal, Tehsil Katra District Reasi.
A case under FIR Number 255/19 under section 48 Excise Act and 188 IPC was registered at Police Station Katra and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Katra Inspector Pardeep Gupta and assisted by SI Suman Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Katra Vivek Shekhar, Additional SP Katra Naresh Singh and SSP Reasi Rashmi Wazir.
