JAMMU, Apr 28: Pul Doda police arrested a man along with illicit liquor pouches.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Pul Doda police station laid a naka near Neeru Bridge and apprehended a person along with 36 pouches of illicit liquor.
The accused has been identified as Chaman Lal, son of Pishori Lal, a resident of Udhyanpur, District Doda.
A case under FIR Number 84/17 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Doda police station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Pul Doda police post SI Ajay Kumar Engotra made the arrest under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Doda Iftikar Ahmed and SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir.
