Man held with 56 pouches of illicit liquor

MENDHAR, Dec 14: The police arrested one person under Excise Act and recovered 56 poly pouches of illicit liquor from his possession at Harni village today.
Reports said that a police party led by SHO Gursai Mohd Amin, during naka  intercepted a Tata Sumo JK-12/4081 coming from Surankote to Mendhar at Harni  and during checking seized 56 poly pouches of liquor. One Amit Kumar , son of Sunil Kumar of Gohlad was arrested in this connection. A case FIR No. 88/2016 was registered against him.
