JAMMU, May 9: A man was today found hanging in his rented accommodation in Pounichak area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, the deceased was an auto driver namely Swarn Dass, son of Bassi Singh, resident of village Jad in Akhnoor area. He was found hanging with the hook of the ceiling fan at his temporary residence in Pounichak area.
The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, for identification and post mortem while concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
