JAMMU, Apr 24: The dead body of a man was recovered today in mysterious condition from his temporary residence here at Ustad Mohalla, Pacca Danga.
According to a police spokesperson, the body of the deceased identified as Abdul Rashid (45) alias Raja Mehndi, a resident of Kulgam (at present Ustad Mohalla, Jammu) was found in mysterious condition at his rental house in Ustad Mohalla, this morning.
On getting information, police reached the pot and shifted the body to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu for identification.
A case in this regard has been registered at police station Pacca Danga, where police has started inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC.
