JAMMU, Jan 22: A man died today due to electrocution in Pounichak area of city outskirts.
“Rohit Khullar (35) son of Des Raj, resident of Surya Vihar, received severe electric current from an electric motor at his residence this morning,” a police official said, adding he was immediately rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where he was declared as brought dead by the doctors.
Pounichak police had taken cognizance of the matter.
