Man dies after being run over by train

JAMMU, Sept 27: A man died today after being run over by a train in outskirts of Jammu.
According to a police official, Baldev Raj (42), a resident of Dewan village, was reportedly crossing the railway track at Ratnuchak around 8 am today when he was run over by a train.
He said that the body of the deceased was shifted to a hospital and after postmortem handed over to his family members for last rites. The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter, the official added.
