JAMMU, May 15: An unknown man of age about 28-30 years died today after being hit by a train in Jallochak area of city outskirts.
According to police sources, the deceased was wearing a trouser, a t-shirt and sleepers with socks in his feet. He is around 5 feet tall and appeared to be a Ladakhi or Nepali, they said.
“The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification/postmortem and inquest proceeding in this connection initiated in Police Station GRP Jammu,” sources added.
