JAMMU, Mar 4: A man today made an abortive attempt on his life by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence here at Panjtirthi.
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Sanjay Kumar son of Prem Nath, a resident of Panjtirthi allegedly consumed some poisonous substance following which he was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where his condition was stated to be stable till the last reports came in.
The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
