JAMMU, Jan 28: A man allegedly committed suicide today by consuming some poisonous substance in Arnia area of city outskirts.
“Kuldeep Kumar (30) son of Ram Chand, resident of Salaid (Arnia) was found unconscious at his residence last night,” a police official said. He said the man was shifted to GMC Jammu by the family members, where he passed away today at about 12:25 AM.
He said after postmortem, the body was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites while Arnia police had initiated inquest proceedings in the case.
