UDHAMPUR, Sept 7: A tea stall owner committed suicide by hanging himself while three persons were injured in a road mishap, here today.
According to the police report, Vinod Sharma (32), son of Shanker Dass of Barrian Udhampur, was found hanging from a ceiling fan hook at his house under mysterious circumstances. On being informed by the family member, Police shifted the dead body to District Hospital Udhampur for the postmortem.
Cause of suicide could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
Meanwhile, three persons were injured when a Scooty collided with a Motorcycle this evening at Battal Balian Road Udhampur.
The injured were identified as Pintu (32), son of Hans Raj of Roundmail, Vinod Kumar (37) son of Prabhu Deyal of Roundmail and Sachin Kumar (25), son of Maan Singh of Himachal A/p CRPF 90 Battalion Anantnag Kashmir.
