SRINAGAR, Aug 25: A man today committed suicide in south Kashmir by consuming poison.
Police officials said that a man, Ghulam Ahmad Mir of Batakote village in Anantnag district consumed poison at his home.
Mir was removed to SKIMS Soura for treatment, but doctors declared him brought dead.
Police said they have started investigations into the incident.
