JAMMU, Apr 26: A man has been booked for kidnapping and raping a minor girl.
As per police sources, a lady lodged a complaint with Police Station Domana stating that a man identified as Yasir Khan of Dhakku Chak kidnapped her 15-year-old daughter when she was going school in the month of February this year and later raped her at a secluded place.
“The accused also threatened my daughter to make the video of the incident viral on social media which he recorded on his mobile if she disclosed the episode to anyone”, the complainant stated.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 99/2020 under sections 366-A and 376 IPC was registered at Domana Police Station and investigation started.
