RAMBAN, Apr 19: Batote Police arrested a man along with large quantity of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Police Station Batote led by SHO Inspector Ranjeet Singh Rao laid a naka and apprehended a man along with 53 bottles of illicit liquor.
The arrested person was identified as Kamal Jeet Singh, son of Sohal Singh, a resident of Gagla Tehsil Kastigarh District Doda.
A case under FIR Number 39 /2021 under Section 48 (a) Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Batote and investigation taken up.
