JAMMU, Aug 16: Police arrested a man along with illicit liquor pouches.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bhaderwah police station laid a naka at new bus stand and apprehended a man along with 40 pouches of illicit liquor.
The arrested person has been identified as Mohinder Singh, son of Saroop Singh of Sadiqabad, Bhaderwah.
A case under FIR Number 92/17 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Bhaderwah police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bhaderwah Inspector Jatinder Sambyal made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Bhaderwah Brijesh Sharma, Additional SP Shaazad Salaria and SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir.
