JAMMU, May 30: An Army Major was injured in a mine blast on the Line of Control (LoC) in Mandi area of Poonch district today.
Major Anupam Kakkar was leading a patrol party on the LoC when he stepped over the mine, leading to an explosion.
He sustained injuries on his left leg.
Injured Major has been airlifted to an Army hospital in Srinagar.
