JAMMU, Sept 5: Ahead of the Shri Krishna Janmashtami, Mahant Rajesh Bittu, Executive Chairman, Sadhu Dharma Sathan Surakshani Committee, along with the Mahant of Peer Kho temple Peer Rajinder Nath today started the slab work of Krishan temple in Circular road of Jammu east constituency .
The salab work was started by offering prayers and distribution of Prasad.
Mahant Rajesh Bittu expressed happiness over the construction of this temple and heartily thanked the family that donated the land for the temple. He said that he is grateful to Suraj and his family for donating the land for the temple.
Mahant said that people should learn from this and come forward for the work like this. He said that there are already historical temples in the circular road and he is happy that now there will be a Radha Krishna temple where devotees will be able to visit and take blessings of Lord Krishna.
Many locals including Rajinder Nath, Karan Nath and sadhus were present on the occasion.
