SRINAGAR, May 20: The Maha Jayanti (birthday) of Mata Zeashta Devi falls on May 27 and in this connection a Maha Yagya is being solemnized at Zeashta Devi Shrine Srinagar.
The Maha Yagya will start from May 26 and Puranhauti will be performed by May 27 which will be followed by serving of Prashad to devotees.
This was stated by Zeashta Devi Prabandhak Committee here today. It said newly constructed hawan shalla and road will also be inaugurated on the same day.
