JAMMU, Sept 26: BJP general secretary and party’s pointman on Jammu and Kashmir, Ram Madhav is visiting the State on a three-day visit from tomorrow.
BJP State president, Ravinder Raina told the Excelsior that Madhav will reach Srinagar tomorrow morning from New Delhi and inter-act with party candidates or Urban Local Bodies to devise the strategy for elections. He was likely to meet some Government functionaries as well.
He will travel to Jammu on Friday and hold meetings with Municipal candidates at Bishnah at 2 pm, Samba at 5 pm and Jammu Municipal Corporation at 9 pm.
He will also have strategy session with senior party leaders of the State before returning to New Delhi on Saturday morning.
This is the second visit of Ram Madhav to Jammu & Kashmir this month. During his previous visit, he had met senior party leaders and Governor Satya Pal Malik.
