JAMMU, Dec 28: Lt Gen D S Hooda, Army Commander, Northern Command, who has just returned from a visit to China, where he led an Indian Military delegation, called on Governor NN Vohra at the Raj Bhawan here today.
The Governor and Lt Gen Hooda discussed various issues pertaining to security management along the International Border, Line of Control, Line of Actual Control and counter terrorism operations in the hinterland.
They also discussed the implementation of various important schemes for the welfare of ex-servicemen and their families.
