JAMMU, July 29: All J&K Low Paid Employees Federation (LPEF) has strongly urged the Government to immediately release 6% DA installment from January 2015 in favour of State employees and pensioners in order to relieve them from undue miseries they have been facing due to unprecedented increase in prices of essential commodities.
