JAMMU, Jan 27: Lords Hotel and Resorts, a premier mid hotel chain, announced the launch of its property here named ‘Lords Inn Jammu’ which is a unit of Grand Plaza Hotels.
A grand ceremony in the presence of Chairman of the Jammu property Dewan Chand Bansal and Directors Rahul Bansal, Sahil Bansal and Varsha Bansal with other senior executives of the group marked the launch of the hotel.
Centrally located at BC Road, Near Bus Stand, the 33 key boutique hotel is the first property of Lords Hotels and Resorts in Jammu and Kashmir. The hotel, owned by Grand Plaza Hotel Private Limited offers rooms designed to suit the needs of both domestic and international travelers alike.
According to Rishi Puri, Vice President, Lords Hotels and Resorts, “Jammu is the winter capital of State and therefore a major business hub. Besides due to its of strategic location, it acts as a base for those on pilgrimage to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi and other religious places. Though it has good number of hotels but quality mid hotel segment is kind of represented and that is where Lords Inn Hotel will fill in the gap”.
The hotel facilities include 33 well furnished rooms including suites, business centre with round the clock high speed Wi-Fi facility, in-house laundry, a banquet with a capacity for 80 pax. Further the rooms have well stacked glass front mini bar, tea/coffee maker, 24 hour room service, valet service and for medical emergency doctor on call. The hotel has also taken care of the need of differently abled people. Hotel provides well equipped room to suit their requirement. Apart from this, this apart property offers wide dining options in the form of award winning multi-cuisine restaurant “Blue Coriander”. The restaurant offers lip smacking dishes from different Indian and continental cuisines. Complimenting this is exclusive and prized roof top restaurant “Lime Tree” and completing the experience is The Distil-the Lounge, Puri maintained.
