Srinagar, Aug 14: Government today informed the High Court that former Additional Advocate General, Hilal Akbar Lone, is not in wrongful detention or confinement but is a protected person and is provided with security cover.
Lone has moved High Court with a plea that he be produced before the court and set free from house detention where he has been kept since June 18 after his detention under PSA was revoked by the authorities.

Registry shall ensure his entry in the high court premises for the purpose”, Justice Magrey directed.
