UDHAMPUR, May 1: A Lok Adalat was organized in the Munsiff Court Complex, Chenani, under the chairmanship of Sumati Sharma.
Thirteen cases of criminal matters were taken up and a fine of Rs 2600/- was released on the spot. Two numbers of pre-litigation matters were also taken up. Six civil cases were taken up and one was settled on the spot.
Besides this, six miscellaneous cases were also taken up. 31 number of traffic challans were produced and violators were fined and an amount of Rs 10,800 /- was realized as fine on the spot.
