RAMNAGAR, Dec 21: A Lok Adalat-cum-Legal awareness camp was held in the premises of Sub Judge Court, Ramnagar under the chairmanship of Sub Judge Ramnagar, Sandeep Kour, who is also the Chairman of Tehsil Legal Services Committee Ramnagar.
In the Lok Adalat 7 cases of civil and criminal nature were settled on spot.
Tehsil Legal Services Committee, Ramnagar also organized a legal awareness camp at village Sunetar of tehsil Ramnagar in which participants were informed about the rights of the people under the Legal Services Authority Act. The people were also informed about the concept of Lok Adalat and how to get the cases referred in the Lok Adalat.
Bar Members, litigants and large numbers of people participated in the Lok Adalat.
