UDHAMPUR, Sept 14: Locals of Panchari block submitted a memorandum to Principal Secretary School Education and demanded adequate teaching staff at Government Model Higher Secondary School Panchari.
According to the locals, this school was upgraded in the year 1985 but due to the shortage of teaching staff , the students have been facing manifold problems to get their queries solved pertaining to their subjects.
Six posts of Lecturer in the subjects Chemistry, History, Physical Education, Zoology and Political Science are lying vacant for the last five year in the school, which has a strength of 600 students and most of them belong to BPL category, said Jaswant Singh, block president of NC.
