JAMMU, Dec 21: Little Angels Vijaypur celebrated 21st Annual Day with great zest, vibrancy and elation in the school premises.
Shakti Kumar Pathak, SSP Samba was the chief guest on the occasion, while BD Sharma DEPO Samba, S. Fateh Singh Principal Higher Secondary School Vijaypur, Rehana Tabassam ARTO Samba and Anil Gupta, retired Principal were the guests of honour.
Tributes were paid to Satya Gupta, founder of the Institute on her first anniversary.
The programme began with the welcome address by Rajan Gupta Principal of the school and commenced with lighting and ceremonial lamp by the chief guest & other dignitaries.
The programme started with flag hoisting followed by march past, PT & yoga.
The fest commenced with an invocation to the Goddess Saraswati beautifully choreographed dance movements that were graceful and supple.
The students exhibited wonderful lesson through drama titled ‘Generation Gap’. Each item was well received with repeated loud sounds of applause.
Principal of the school read out Annual report of the school regarding the achievements in different fields.
Addressing the audience the chief guest spoke at length about how extra-curricular activities are an imperative part of education for the overall growth & development of the students.
He appreciated the organisers for presenting a spectacular show and role of the management for providing state of art infrastructure faculty by providing quality education with experimental learning.
