JAMMU, July 26: Ganesh Khajuria, Chairman JKTF and senior leader Employees Joint Action Committee has appealed Lt Governor Manoj Sinha to release pending DA which was announced by Union Government recently.
“Even as the Center Government has released the pending three installments which were freezed due to ongoing pandemic of Covid-19, the UT Government of Jammu and Kashmir has not issued formal orders in this regard to implement the Union Government’s order of hike in DA in favor of employees serving under UT Government,’ he said in a statement, issued here today.
Ganesh Khajuria said that the UT Government employees were facing a lot of hardships due to inflation and the Government is well aware of the economic condition of employees who are totally dependent on their salaries for all their family needs.
