JAMMU, Apr 28: M/s Coromandel International Limited and M/s Naturis Cosmetics Private Limited donated food items and sanitizers to Red Cross Society to extend helping hand to people during pandemic COVID-19.
The food items and sanitizers were donated through Director Industries and Commerce Jammu Anoo Malhotra for further distribution to the people affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.
M/s Naturis Cosmetics Private Limited donated sanitizers in the shape of kits containing Gel, Spray, Soap and Masks which will be delivered to the frontline Corona warriors like doctors and paramedics in the peripheral hospitals.
The kit of M/s Coromandel International Limited contained wheat 10 kg, rice 5kg, mustard oil, channa dal, Soap, and spices.
The two hundred food kits have been delivered to Secretary Red Cross society Vinod Malhotra by the Director I&C for onward distribution to the needy people in the slums.
Sanjay Mehra on behalf of M/s Naturis Cosmetics Private Limited and Ramnish Sinha on behalf of M/s Coromandel International Limited were present on the occasion.
Pertinently the Industrial Sector of J&K has come forward in a big way to donate in cash and kind to help the needy in Kathua, Samba and Jammu.
