JAMMU, June 20: The Jammu and Kashmir Government today deputed an officer of the Law Department to the Union Territory of Ladakh.
An order issued in this context said that Shashi Kant Bhagat, Additional Secretary (Legal) presently posted at Government Medical College Jammu has been deputed to the Union Territory of Ladakh for a period of two years or till he is recalled whichever is earlier.
“The officer shall be deemed to have been relieved from his present place of posting and shall report in the General Administration Department, Union Territory of Ladakh after availing joining time and shall also be entitled to incentives made available to such employees by the Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh,” read the order.
