JAMMU, May 15: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of 2 officers in the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs with immediate effect.
As per the order, Suhail Hassan Tantray, Additional Secretary to Government presently posted in the Directorate of Health Services Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Director Litigation, Kashmir.
He will also continue to hold the additional charge of litigation work of the Directorate of Health Services Kashmir till further orders.
Meanwhile, Shakeel Ahmad, Assistant Legal Remembrancer posted in the Directorate of Health Services Jammu and holding additional charge of litigation work of Government Medical College and Government Dental College Jammu, has been transferred and posted in Government Medical College Jammu on full-time basis.
However, he will continue to look after the litigation work of Government Dental College Jammu till further orders.
