JAMMU, Apr 24: Mohd Latif Mir Deputy General Manager (DGM) took over as Circle Head of Punjab National Bank (PNB), J&K circle reliving Ashok Gupta for Agra where he will be joining as Field General Manager (FGM).
Mohd Latif Mir hails from Rajpura, Pulwama in Kashmir, and rose to the level of DGM after joining the bank in 1978. He has varied experience in banking and worked in Punjab and Shimla circles. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking with specialized training in Credit Appraisals.
ML Mir informed that that bank will be opening more branches in the State apart from accelerating Financial Inclusion coverage in 320 villages allocated by SLBC J&K.
