RAMBAN, Mar 19: In order to provide training to the girls in cutting and tailoring component, Social Welfare Department organised a camp which was inaugurated by MLA Ramban, Neelam Kumar Langeh at Village Karol Kundi today.
Appreciating the efforts of social welfare, MLA said that professional training is very important for today’s generation especially the girls who also have to stand on their feet for earning better livelihood.
On the inaugural ceremony large number of people including women and girls folks were present who were later on informed by District Social Welfare Officer, Varunjeet Charak about the different schemes including AASRA and marriage assistance for poor girls.
