JAMMU, Apr 4: District Magistrate, Jammu, Simrandeep Singh today ordered detention of one Joginder Singh, a resident of Jandyal in Bhalwal tehsil under Public Safety Act (PSA) for threatening a revenue official from doing Girdawri in his area.
Joginder Singh alias Kaku, son of Balak Raj of Jandyal, who is a known history-sheeter and against whom several cases have been registered in Police Stations of Gharota, Kanachak and Domana, threatened to kill the Patwari Halqa Jandyal, Tehsil Bhalwal, while he was inspecting the fields in village Jandyal in connection with the Rabi Girdawri-2016.
