LambdaTest appoints Maneesh Sharma as COO

New Delhi, May 23: LambdaTest, a test orchestration and execution platform, on Monday announced the appointment of Maneesh Sharma as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Sharma, who was previously GitHub’s General Manager for India, will lead all the go-to-market functions in LambdaTest, the company said in a statement.
Besides GitHub, he has also held leadership positions at top technology companies including Adobe and SAP, and was also the Java Ambassador at Sun Microsystems, where he was driving developer engagement across Asia-Pacific region.
“Maneesh Sharma, previously GitHub General Manager for India, has joined LambdaTest, a leading test orchestration and execution platform, as its Chief Operating Officer,” the company said in a statement.
Sharma is also active in the startup ecosystem as an investor, advisor and a sounding board for entrepreneurs.
Currently, he is a part of Training Advisory Board of All India Management Association (AIMA), NASSCOM 10,000 Startups Warehouse Steering Committee, and is also a mentor in the NASSCOM DeepTech club.
LambdaTest’s platform is used by over one million developers and testers globally.
LambdaTest raised USD 45 million in a venture round led by Premji Invest with participation from existing investors in March.
The company has also recently launched two products — HyperExecute, which is a next-gen smart test orchestration platform that helps testers and developers run end-to-end automation tests at speed, and Test-at-Scale (TAS), a test intelligence platform.
