JAMMU, July 1: Lalit Mahajan sitting president, Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) was elected as Chairman of Federation of Industries Jammu (FOIJ) in the Annual General Meeting of the Federation held today under the chairmanship of Rajesh Jain .
Deepak Dhawan and Jitender Aul, both Co-Chairmen; Viraaj Malhotra -secretary general, Virendra Jain- convener and other members of FOIJ were also present.
As per the constitution of the Federation of Industries Jammu, president of Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA), Lalit Kumar Mahajan was elected as Chairman of the Federation of Industries Jammu (FOIJ); Rajesh Jain (President AOI), Deepak Dhawan (President, Birpur Industries Association), Jatinder Aul (President, Association of Industries, Digiana) were elected as Co-Chairmen of FOIJ; Virendra Jain (General secretary AOI, Gangyal) as secretary general while Viraaj Malhotra (General secretary BBIA) was elected as convener of the Federation of Industries Jammu for the term 2022-23.
Mahajan while taking over the charge as Chairman FOIJ expressed his gratitude to the outgoing Chairman, Rajesh Jain and applauded the contribution rendered by him for the benefit of the Industrial sector and assured the members that Federation will work for the benefits of the Industrial fraternity to provide hassle-free environment and for the speedy growth of Industrial Sector in Jammu and Kashmir.
Meanwhile, several prominent members of the Industries Associations felicitated Mahajan on being inducted as new Chairman of the FOIJ for the next one year.
