Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Trust reviews work on ‘Shri Yantra’

JAMMU, Mar 9: Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Management Trust reviewed the on going development activities in the temple with regard to the construction of Shri Yantra Mandir in the complex.
In a meeting of the Trust members held on Sunday under the chairmanship of its president, GS Charak ( former Minister), the members reviewed the ongoing development activities in the temple complex, especially, the construction of the prestigious “Shri Yantra Mandir” and also chalked out the proper programme for its completion as per schedule.
Reviewing the other construction works in the complex like laying of tiles in the open space between the halls at the back side of the temple, new lawns being developed, construction of pathways and new boundary wall, the members gave various useful suggestions for the same which were well taken by the construction committee.
Deliberations were also held for increasing the occupancy of the recently renovated four AC rooms and two big halls with facilities like bedding created for the pilgrims and Sadhus.
Keeping in view the 15th “Chhari Yatra” which is being taken out on “Chetar Choudashi” to the Holy shrines of Purmandal and Utterbehni, it was informed that the Yatra will be taken out on March 19 with full religious fervor and devotion and a detailed information in this regard will be provided to all the devotees well before the Yatra date, so that the people in large number are able to join the Yatra and the “Chhari Pujan” as per the programme.
The Trustees and special invitees appreciated the efforts of the sub-committees engaged in the development activities and pledged to extend their whole hearted cooperation for this pious cause.
